Apply to become a reseller, purchase product licenses in bulk at dramatically reduced wholesale prices. You can create and manage different pools of licenses for different sales models.

Resellers

Resellers act as third-party distributors or retailers, purchasing blocks of licenses at wholesale. Licenses are held in pools until they are assigned to customers by the reseller. Wholesale prices can be negotiated at the time of sale.

The reseller may host the client software or service link on their own web site or retail portal. They may also request a page or pages be added to a sub-domain of virtualperception.net for a fee. If pages are provided at virtualperception.net, they can be customized using the reseller’s graphics, CSS style sheets and customized HTML. A custom software package or service link is deployed on the reseller’s pages. This customized package is linked to the reseller’s payment options page.

When users are prompted to purchase or renew their license or subscription, the licensed software or service directs the user to the reseller’s payment options page. When a payment is completed, the reseller or their system draws a license from one of the reseller’s license pools at virtualperception.net. The reseller or their automated system then delivers the license to the end user.

You will receive an email each time you, your representative or automated system assigns a customer a license from one of your pools. When your license pools slip below a specified percentage, the VPSI online licensing system will email you. You will need to refill your pools before you reach a zero or negative balance of available licenses.

As a reseller, you can log on to virtualperception.net to search for, view and edit your users’ records. Resellers can also assign licenses, view and search for assigned licenses, retrieve or forward users’ license codes and view and refill their existing license pools. Some data may only be edited by an authorized VPSI representative. Contact with our offices is required to add pools, transfer licenses from one pool to another, change pool codes, terms and / or auto-renewal options.
